9/13 weeks can be an important time target
Here the move up in 11 weeks (even if two are big and netting each other) could be interesting to note.
note also that like in April 2010, the progress is 15%.
At extremes, the end of a slow rally can be after 16/17weeks (4 months) which could bring us to 2140 in february. (this is possible but i don t believe).. check my other posts.
