I observed that head and shoulders chart forming and waited for it to resolve itself before taking a position here. What I have previously observed about cup and handle charts is that the handle itself can take as long as a year through consolidation sometimes. Let's see if we can start closing above these fib retracement levels. Might be enough to at least retest that pesky $3.10 area and looks to be very bullish on a close over $3.15, so let's see how it plays out
