If you can't make a decision about a directional outright trade in "Oil", maybe just trade the spread between Brent and WTI futures. Technically looks OK, bias is bullish (buying Brent vs selling WTI). I think also fundamentals (supply side imballances from US shale producers, positionning, etc.) may support the trade.
Key level for a confirmed bullish breakout on weekly is +3,30. Above that first target would be 6,00. Strong support is at 2,00.
