What do most traders will see here? Lower highs and lows not noticing that the real lower low is at 1235! So they draw a trendline connecting it and wait for touch of the upper line and sale a red candle, as the market uses these visual effects against traders entrance confirmations
Traders don’t think that most market movements are done off of the sl of retail traders. Meaning their orders are filled from your orders and the liquidity is created by hitting your sl that create momentum for price to travel. So if they want to send price lower pass support they create a buy signal if they want to break resistance they created a sale signal and when retail take the bait they accumulate the opposite order. As for every buy order there is a sale order...
Also most trades will take bait without thinking about their surroundings. Example they’ll buy into resistance and sell into support. The market is good as getting traders away from key survival skills. And that is to buy low and sell high. Ex there’s a trade I’d been following since last year and it’s going up there’s no hunts in it but just cus the pair is high I’m not interested in being a buyer. I’m waiting for a sale entry cus that’s the rules that works and it’s how smart money thinks and it is what they do! It’s only us silly retail traders that have no filters.

Look at the gap here. And on the lower time frame it is spacious. There’s a reason for this ! They are created a nice grave yard field for your sl just think. If you going to short where will your sl go? RIGHT THERE! right above a high and right above price which is under support! That been supportive historical and currently. As I said when price broken lower a doji candle was made with a long wick and price hadn’t been below that upper wick and over hundred pips lower is where the lower wick is at. So IMO that’s a long drop . As we can see this on the weekly chart!
So now if price hadn’t busted low after payroll and all that jazz at the same price zone how foolish is it to think price will just bust low now without a drop from a higher height. 🤔 Hey it happens but things are not stacked up that way here.
