USD.CAD just before moderate important Econ News release

Just wanted to capture this interesting move.
5 minutes before news release was spike down.
Just un-positioning before the news? or knowledge?

It dropped exactly into support and stopped.
In theory, the wave downwards is complete.
I am a bear here, per my Plot of the Top (click).

1.31893/911 is immediate support, should be a strong one.
1.31511/633 is the fallback support, very likely to bounce.
1.32327/255 is first strong resistance above, see if it hits.

Bullish Outcome: If bounces here and gets past first resistance.
Bearish Outcome: Falls through support to next one below.
