MQP INFINITE REGRESSION COMPLETE 1-B, BINARY 60-40 BULL
GIST - SOME FOOD FOR THOUGHT THAT FOLLOWS 1-A. LINK HERE:
BACKGROUND - If you haven't read 1-A, read it please.
DETAILS - In the chart above:
- the letters are color coded with arrows and waves
- on the top you have A-B-C-D-E with MATCHING COLORED ARROWS that point at turning points of MATCHING COLORED WAVES as they turn down
- with each wave that turns the depth/size of the move became greater and greater (that's because of periodic length of the wave has meaning)
- right now, for weekly bars, we are at wave E turning down, it's easy to expect a bigger move down BECAUSE OF CONTINUATION (that's all that it is)
- meanwhile below we same thing, we are through with A-B-C, we are NOT YET AT D
This is where the weekly candle comes in. First and foremost, I don't claim to be candlestick expert. I am not that guy. But when it's weekly bar with $100 tail, you should wake up a little bit. The week is over and the bar has closed. To say that it's still 50-50 bull-bear is a sham.
At the time, should it really be more than 60-40? Not yet. Why? Well, I can't say that when #006-10 is nailing the curve every single day and that should continue for 10 more days.
Plus even if the next week favors bull outcome, the odds won't change meaningfully until 8/24. Meanwhile I have 3 major signals that the bulllish spike after 8/28 FOMC has is unlikely to breach 1870. In chart below you'll see two blue lines that make up the giant triangle we are in. The gray wave that will turn up here is at the bottom half of its bollinger band identified by the 3 faded arrows. It's too far below make price hit the upper bollinger above 1900. At the same time, the 9/3 vertical marker is September NFP. Everyone expecting another giant number. Adding up the with the TA, this is basically the move I see from now to September 20th:
