XAUUSD - KOG REPORT UPDATE:

End of day update from us here at KOG:

What a day! On Sunday we told our members that there would be a swoop into the 1900-1895 level where we would see a reaction in price and a temporary bounce to the upside. Yesterday we suggested protecting your short trades from the 1930 region as we were expecting the move to the upside into the resistance levels. We then switched to the daily bias with our liquidity boxes and Excalibur activated a potential target. The level gave us a perfect tap and bounce not only on Gold, but we saw similar price action in Silver and GJ all hitting targets along with Oil, DXY and numerous other pairs. Pip capture was insane with level to level, point to point trades trumping the day.

We're going to stick with the plan as long as the resistance holds above. We're back in the same range with the market taking swoops from both sides but giving fantastic trade opportunities from the highs and the lows. Resistance stands at 1915 with support now 1902 near enough where price seems to be exhausting. Not expecting much more for the remainder of the session.

Summary:

Range swoop to the downside with a sharp correction back to where the move started. Price is being held by this 1910-14 level with 3 white soldiers from support, so the next hourly candle is important! It’s broken out of the trend to the upside with support now at 1903-5 so any retest needs to break below that level.
