XAUUSD - Current Gold Trend, 7/10 selling strategy
In the world gold market, spot gold price at the end of last week in the US increased by 13.6 USD to 1,924.4 USD/ounce. In the Asian session this morning, gold price corrected slightly to 1,923.7 USD/ounce.
Gold futures for delivery in August 2023 on the Comex New York exchange increased by $17.1, or 0.89%, to $1,932.5 per ounce.
It will be interesting to see if the gold document can find some fresh impetus above $1,930 an ounce next week and that necessitates buying some more short offsets.
Earlier on Friday, the Bureau of Labor Statistics Report said 209,000 jobs were created in June, below expectations as economists were looking for a job gain in the range of 224,000.
