1. It was reported in news billionaire Elon Mush twitted Bitcoin and that sent the price up almost 20% I think due to heavy short cover.

2. Is this new uptrend to breakout 40K? The true answer is I don't know but my personal opinion the 4H trend can be manipulated but the weekly trend may not be that easy to twist.
