As a short target, a return at $0.70 seems reasonable, but in my opinion it isn't fully worth the risk. Ripple will likely be positive if a breakout happens the next few month. However, right now it is mid to high risk as an investment. Even though it is invest-able to some extent to be in a portfolio, there are currently less risky crypto investments to invest in at this time period for better ROI.
