When Green line crosses to the upside we get an uptrend indication, when it crosses to the downside we get a downtrend indication.
While the candles are above the Red line that are to the bottom of the other chart lines the Higher frames trend is an UPTREND and when it's down from this line the Higher frames trend is a downtrend.When price comes close to the line and passes to the upside a big pump is a expected and when it crosses to the downside of this line a big dump is expected.
This is not a standalone indicator, make your due diligence and mix it with other indicators to get good and stable results.
