🧾 Purpose:
This indicator draws horizontal lines on your chart at specific key time opens (based on New York time, UTC-4). These lines represent significant institutional or session-based times such as:
Midnight (00:00)
Economic news releases (08:30)
NYSE open (09:30)
Post-opening volatility shifts (10:30)
Daily candle open (18:00)
A custom time defined by the user
Each line is drawn at the opening price of the bar at the specified time.

You input a time string like "13:45", and the script splits it into hour and minute, then draws a dotted horizontal line at the bar that starts at 13:45 New York time (UTC-4).
If Show Custom Label is checked, a label will be displayed with the custom time (e.g., "13:45").
