New version of my RSI Levels, 20-30 & 70-80 considering extreme market conditions. This version scales between 15-30 and 70-85 instead and also has RSI 50 as the middle line.

So obvious... Smoothed version of RSI that eliminates most of noises, So only strong signals are get plotted. Glad to answer your questions :)

It is a indicator that tries to predict when to buy and sell using RSI and EMA indicators together. When the red columns over the blue columns that is the "buy signal". When it is not, it is a "sell signal".
