A guide to AAPL RSI - bullish until end of August.

Panjang
NASDAQ:AAPL   Apple
AAPL stock has been on the rise since early 2000's, a long unbroken channel. What history tells us about the stocks Relative Strength index, is that when it goes to very oversold (RSI > 80), and the stock rises drastically afterwards - and this time the RSI breaks out of the 70s and touches 80, demonstrating a Bearish Divergence - that the stock has reached its peak price (with one last push upwards). The indicator on the history of RSI, is its push upwards of the price, with RSI only hitting 70 before breaking down.

This should mean that the price will fall, but will still break upwards one last time, pushing its high before finally hitting its correction. The timeframe for this is late August - Early October. So this will be after the split. Current trends show that this is overbought, but on a weekly chart is still bullish.

Let's see how this one ends up!

Because I use a free account as my primary account (Shwayze), I use that one for Moving Averages. I use this one for Relative Strength Index now. I will most likely just suck it up and go Pro, but until then, enjoy!
