Managed to make a profit on this one actually. was trading on kraken at the time (no stop losses) and rode through that brutal shakeout while travelling into some nice profit. That was the last time I shorted Bitcoin. I missed the entire bull run on BTC, though, because of my bearish and pessimistic bias at the time. Luckily by the time the last alt season had arrived I got out of my funk and turned a healthy profit.
