#1 Crypto H1 BTC/USD Probing Higher Jan 05 2018
As I am writing this, the total cryptomarketcap hits all time high
which seems to benefit both BTC and Altcoins right now, in early
Europe trading. Cap 781 Bln (coinmarketcap).
The pair has tested the lower channel and previous resistance level
now turned support around 14200 and the Dec 31 high. It is now
trying to break higher above the Cloud. If it manages to breach
it and the previous highs price may accelerate to the Weekly R1 at 16225
and above that the 16480 top. The upper channel may also act
resistance.
If price fails taking out the previous highs and falls back, a test
of the channel floor and the Cloud is a likely outcome, unless
price stalls and moves sideways. We see the Daily pivot point act support
at 14920. A close below it from here, will put the Daily S1 in focus
at 1440. The Daily R1 at 15650 may also act resistance above the
previous highs.
