BTC Bears Still in Control

Creeping closer and closer to the higher low on the 4 hour chart at $13,200, but slow and steady as to not give oversold RSI on longer term time frames.
Patiently waiting for the hourly RSI to get oversold on BTC but we are currently a ways from oversold as the oversold bounces cool things off.
Break of the hourly lower highs would be clear this morning if it occurs, but very patiently waiting, ideally for a flush and dump climax.
I personally have made 2 trades in the last 2.5 days as I scale back activity to adjust to the lack of bullish setups and volatility opportunity.
BTC still the driving factor behind the BIG 4 with solid correlations remaining intact.
