Bitcoin Head & shoulder? Target 38k?

Looks Like bitcoin is forming a Head and Shoulders pattern, price target at 38k area.
Also the Fundamentals doesn't looks very well... the sentiment of the markets are fearful because Russian vs Ukrain War Rumor.
