This coin has been unloved lately IMO. Looks like the tides might be getting ready to turn on Dash. Pop this resistance and we might just see fireworks. Probably can expect a double back test on this level and then the springboard, when resistance becomes support, that's when I will back up the truck. Lately some relatively good volume could indicate the start of something. Not financial advice.
