Correlation of BTC and DXY(Invert) from 2015-2022.
Check this out. Here we have an inverted DXY chart overlayed with Bitcoin. Both of these are on a logarithmic scale, using a 90 period correlation coefficient. Weekly chart helped me with intraday volatility and using longer period lengths helped paint a clearer picture for the overall trend. I believe the US Dollar is nearing it's 4.236 fib which is hovering around $101.50.
With that, I am working on a theory that whenever the correlation coefficient between these two number has started to show a positive correlation -- that we've gotten cycle resets from Bitcoin -- around that same time.
I am bullish on Bitcoin in the coming months and years, and would love to further develop this chart if anyone would care to assist!
