dxy has been moving in a descending channel and rallied to the upside due to nfp data, we are currently waiting for Sir J Powell to give us an insight on what steps they are willing to take to bring down inflation and that will determine our bias on dxy, should we beak and close above our descending channel then DXY will be on a buy zone but as for Sir J Powell i think they will do everything in their power to bring down inflation and that means controlling the growth of the Dolla hence we might see a downward movement.
