ETH to USD making new highs and looking very bullish.
ETH to BTC seems to be signalling trend reversal and ready to break out the current down trend.
Could give better targets over trading to the dollar.
Depending on the price action of bitcoin.
First resistance is at 0.06, if a candle closes over that the next resistances will be around the areas marked red.
