ETH Waiting for 4 hour oversold RSI

All the attention is on BTC on this run, and funds are leaving ETH for greener pastures.
Lots of frustrated ETH holders and believers out there.
I personally will not look to play ETH until we see BTC consolidating, and we see a break in the hourly lower high pattern.
4 hour RSI will be oversold if we test $400 soon, and a break would give us stops triggering, and volume climaxes.
It all depends how fast these breaks occur to judge RSI, but holding out for a $400 test and potential break is my current game plan.
Bulls need to hold $400 to remain in a daily equilibrium pattern.
