the manipulation of DXY even affected EURUSD

there is a bullish divergence on weekly and daily
with target minimum above 1.15268 (fib 1.728)
but must confirm break out of 1.103 first as bullish signal
since May failed to break it 2 times now
under 1.103 just call it bearish area

of hidden bearish divergence
from the look of it daily want to
retest support area at 1.071 (fib 0.146)
with extension at 1.069
but for a goal IMO DXY want to break down 1.0635
to invalid bullish divergence

IMO fundamental really important
just look at DXY trade war with China make DXY bullish
since China devalue the Yuan when fighting against USA
usually, we see gold and EURUSD as the same trend
but looks like the manipulation of DXY even affected EURUSD,
gold still bullish, while by the look of it IMO EURUSD still bearish...
