NEO Potentially Setting up for Next Leg Up

It looks like NEO may be setting up for a Double Bottom, I will be keeping an eye on this for a break to the upside. A few days ago I was concerned This was a Double Top forming for another leg down, fortunately we did have a strong bounce and that did not play out. So far NEO is looking positive.
