Possible reversal H&S forming (NEO)

The market broke through the local downtrend and, probably, reversal Head&Shoulders pattern forming.
Local swing high is approximately 43, I think it is a good point to enter.

Someone very large entered the market, the biggest candle is seen on the chart.

And some fundamental support: NEO has 3 meetings in the next few days. One of them is with Microsoft.
