My Instinct Said This Counter Will Create NEW HIGH

If we look at TA, it looks good. Price retrace for a moment and no sign it will fall.

My instinct said that the warrant price is too low compare to mother price.
WHY?
Because I saw ATH for mother and son are too far away.
The warrant also good, so I'm a little bit weird why ATH only 0.065.
I'm pretty sure, mother price gonna continue to climb in a couple of days
I believe if it can break 0.060. It will create a new high.
