RDD - New All-Time High?

Hi guys, I have news..

On this RDD/BTC 30min chart we can see that RDD is trying to break the resistance line.

It previously failed and dipped.

If it manages to break it, well done RDD, you get a chance to break your all-time high.
If not, there's a possibility it will fall down to the support and bounce back for another try.
