you can short red Areas and put a stop top of the area

and long in green areas and set stop loss below of the area,

Remember do not over trade in mentioned areas,

sol is broken dynamic resistance in daily, if I can manage the breakout, It can go to 35 and 38,

my decision: I will wait to close some candles above 34 (34 is our monthly pivot), and maybe long here, I prefer to wait for a short position.
