XLM has broken the 1-year accumulation and actually retesting it as well as building a macro bullish symmetric triangle. The 100MA is actually a good confluence as shown in the chart. With ETH breaking out the resistance, the first thing coming to my mind is that this is the turn of higher cap coins.
