The XRP price has fallen from 3,40$ to actually 0,25$ (approx). Has time come to get back into Ripple?
I think so.
We´ve reached the level that existed before the hype began.
And seemingly this level is strong enough to stop further losses.
There are lots of arguments speaking against Ripple laboratories and its XRP or Xrapid. For instance they´re throwing every quarter 500 Mio. into the market - out of their own storage. Big gains for them - and very sad for investors.
Other coins are inflating their tokes as well (ETH) - with no given end.
Ripple has already some customers for their token, whilst others are still searching for it.
Ether could have big problems when ICO´s take other tokes for their projects.
So, yes there are problems and arguments against Ripple, not only its highly centralized blockchain.
But taken this in consideration I think XRP has a relative good chance to retake course. And I think now is a good moment to make some initial investment.
First of all, as already mentioned, the actual price (0.25$) seems to be a strong support. It has been tested many times since 2017!
The recover from the last lows is very weak, MACD has been triggered (dayli basis) but is still in negative zone. RSI is far below 50 and rising only slightly.
I wouldn`t invest all in one, but step by step.

My last analysis is still valid. But the situation is getting weaker! Volume is low and this is no good signification for a recover. If the trend continues a break through the support is getting more probable.
