Update on our Rider Algo #4: Trend Oscillator
We are excited to announce the inclusion of a new oscillator called "New Oscillator". This new oscillator comes pre-selected by default. However, if you prefer the previous version, you can still choose it in the indicator options as "Old Oscillator".
The new oscillator functions very similarly to the old one but has been rethought in terms of calculation, placing more emphasis on volume.
The oscillator currently has three components:
For a bullish scenario, we ideally want to see the Wave in green and the Oscillator Line in green as well. Conversely, for a bearish scenario, both should be in red.
Additionally, the oscillator waves can help us identify key moments when the volume is very low, indicating that a strong price movement is imminent.
