Patreon Bull Bear OscillatorThe Patreon bull-bear oscillator (PBBO) was carefully designed to give as much information as possible to the user without sacrificing readability. With it, you can detect the direction of trends, detect whether the market is ranging or trending, tell if a given signal is false, and easily spot divergences, in fact, the PBBO is the only indicator of the trend trading tier that was designed to spot potential reversals.
The indicator comes with alerts.
Settings
Length: Control the sensitivity to price variations, with a higher value aiming to detect longer-term trends.
Control Line Divisor: Divisor of the control line
Src: Source input of the indicator
Pre-Smoothing: If true, smooth "Src" before calculating the PBBO
Smooth: Period of the moving average used for pre-smoothing
Pre-Smoothing Method: Determine the type of moving average to be used during the pre-smoothing step. Available options are: EMA, TMA (triangular moving average), HULL, LSMA (least squares moving average)
Filter Alerts Based On The Control Line: Add an additional condition for the alerts.
Detecting The Direction Of A Trend
The indicator display three lines, one bull line (in blue), one bear line (in red), and a control line (in green). A bullish market is detected when the bull line is over the bear line, while a bearish market is detected when the bear line is over the bull line.
When one of the lines is declining, it means that the current trend is weakening, showing the potential for a retracement or reversal.
Filter Out False Signals With The Control Line
The PBBO is still subject to all the price variations you will see on your chart, and as such can return false signals, it is important to tell if a bullish/bearish market is significant before making a move, and this is what the control line aims to do.
The control line divisor can provide a way to control the position of the control line, with lower values of the divisor requiring even more significant moves in order to trigger a signal. A value of 2 for the control line divisor is recommended in order to filter out false signals.
Detecting Whether Market Is Trending Or Ranging
Telling when the market is trending is primordial in trend trading, and many indicators that aim to return this information have been proposed. The PBBO is also able to give such information. First, you can look at the bull and bear lines, if both are equal to 0, it means the market is ranging.
You can also use the control line to tell whether the market is trending or not, with a bull/bear line above the control line telling the market is trending.
Spotting Divergences With The PBBO
Spotting divergences is a simple way to detect potential reversals, and it was important for me to start working on an indicator able to detect them while trying to make everything super simple for the user.
With the PBBO you don't need to look at both the price and oscillator lines in order to detect divergences, you can simply look at the peaks made by the bull or bear line, if a peak is lower than a previous one, then a reversal might occur.
Above, we can see that the bull line made several peaks during the up-trend, with the last peak being lower than the previous one, we thus detect a bearish divergence and could expect a reversal. If the same case scenario occur but with peaks made by the bearish line then we detected a bullish divergence.
It can be difficult to tell whether a divergence is significant or not, it can also be hard for beginners to tell which peaks they must look at. A good rule of thumb would be to check if both peaks are coming from two different movements, this is done by seeing if the first peak has reached 0 before the second one occurred.
The control line is also useful to tell when peaks are significant or not, with peaks that are higher than the control line being more significant.
Alerts
By default, a buy alert is given once the bull line is greater than the bear line, and vice versa for a sell alert, the setting "Filter Alerts Based On The Control Line" allows you to only have an alert when the bull/bear line is greater than the control line.

Trend
cloe V X.0 triple wave trend with trend This script is based on the lazybears wavetrend script
with a extra useful ema
the third ema is based on the last 200 periods and show how the trend is going in the time
- When the original wave cross the third ema it's means that we can continue long or short
- When the third ema stretchs below or up the 0 line it means that the current pair is oversell or overbought but in a large period of time so we can decide if we continue long or short

BlueFX Strategy GOLD M15We are releasing this separate script file for trading Gold on the M15 time frame using our strategy. This can now run independently from the main file instead of changing parameters and saving as a template - thus making the use of these specific settings even easier for our traders.
You can see the back testing profitability shown below, although you can not use back testing to predict the future, both the volume of trades, net profit, win rate and draw down demonstrate a solid foundation and data to move forward from.
The strategy itself is explained in the 'Blue FX Strategy' but see below too for more info.
Our strategy will help you identify the current trend in the markets and highlight when this is changing. The strategy itself is based upon 4 indicators lining up in total confluence to increase the probability of the trade being a success.
Absolutely no technical analysis is needed to trade this - this is a trading tool and has solid back testing results trading in isolation - although you may also use to support your own trading - the choice is yours.
When a trade is valid - a Buy or Sell label will appear with the Entry price, SL and multiple TP's shown on the chart.
IMPORTANT note, the test results show and confirm that the most profitable exit strategy with these Gold settings is 'FT&SL' this means we enter the trade with a Stop Loss (SL) and simply hold and follow the trend (Follow Trend = FT) until a reverse signal is printed.
In our supporting video (see related ideas) you can see the impact of changing this target between multiple TP's and the net effect on both win rate and overall net profitability.
The Lot size will also be displayed and this is based on the risk parameters you have set personally in the calculation section.
What is a Trading View Script?
A script is like an indicator but better, we can verify the success of our strategy by using Trading Views strategy tester function. As shown below and on the chart - you can see the 'Buy' and 'Close Buy' on the chart, supported by a live trading log showing you the entry, entry price date, volume and closing price.
This is a great function for numerous reasons; firstly, you know you are using a strategy that has provided a positive expectancy in back testing, secondly you can use this as a trading journal to support your trading too. This in itself can help you with your trading psychology - letting winning trades run is a prime example of this. Take confidence in the statistics and performance over time.
Ultimately, we believe we have saved YOU the need to firstly, find an edge and a strategy - and all of the time it takes to BACKTEST a strategy - to then find it may or may not work - and then you start again!
Disclaimer alert; Please remember past performance is exactly that - how our strategy performed over those dates tested, it is not obviously a guarantee of future performance.

Grid System With Fake MartingaleThe proposed strategy is based on a grid system with a money management that tries to replicate the effect of a martingale without having to double your position size after each loss, hence the name "fake martingale". Note that a balance using this strategy is still subject to exponential decay, the risk is not minimized, as such, it would be dangerous to use this strategy.
For more information on the martingale and grid systems see:
Strategy Settings
Point determines the "grid" size and should be adjusted accordingly to the scale of the security you are applying the strategy to. Higher value would require larger price movements in order to trigger a trade, generating fewer trades as a result.
The order size determines the number of contracts/shares to purchase.
The martingale multiplier determines the factor by which the position size is multiplied after a loss, using values higher to 2 will "squarify" your balance, while a value of 1 would use a constant position sizing.
Finally, the anti-martingale parameter determines whether the strategy uses a reverse martingale or not, if set to true then the position size is multiplied after each win.
How It Works
Let's illustrate how we replicate a martingale without doubling our exposure with a simple casino example. Imagine you are playing roulette, and that you are betting on colors (black/red), your payout is 1 to 1, in the case you win, you will have your initial stake back plus a profit equal to your initial stake.
If your strategy is to recover any previous losses, you can double your stake each time you lose, once you win you will get back the previous losses plus a profit equal to your original stake, this is the martingale system. So how can we win back previous losses without having to double our stake? We could do that by doubling the payout ratio after a loss, so after a loss, we must use a payout ratio of 2:1, if we lose once again we must use a payout of 4:1...etc, our payout ratio would be subject to exponential growth instead of our stake.
Of course, the payout ratio is fixed with casino games, but in trading, we can manipulate the position of our take profit in order to replicate such effect, this is what this strategy is doing. So after a loss, we place our take profit such that a win recover our losses back plus generate a profit.
Advantages
The advantage of this approach is that unlike the martingale we don't double our position size, which instead can remain constant, this is a huge advantage as a martingale will require a significant capital in order to tank a series of losses.
Disadvantages
The main disadvantage of this method is that the price might never reach our take profit after a long losing streak, our balance would remain in the red and we couldn't do anything about it except reset the strategy.
Frictional costs are still a disadvantage, as such, we would need to place our take profits in order to account for them, while this is still better than purchasing additional shares, it minimizes the chances of the price reaching the take profit.
Conclusions
An alternative money management system replicating the effect of a martingale as been presented, we can see that such a system is far from being perfect, and it would be foolish to use it, however, it stills offer a convenient alternative to less aggressive progressive position sizing systems.
I have been receiving some messages from users criticizing me for exposing the martingale money management system, and I understand why but I can't agree, talking about it allow me to warn users against it, the grid-martingale methodology is will create more harm than anything else, the reward is only one side of the story and should always be compared against the risk, so always take a look at all the statics in a backtest.

Real Relative Volume - Bar Indicator - Time Adjusted - DE & ENEnglish version below
(*max 5000 Kerzen)
RVOL Threshold: Wert für die RVOL Alarme sowie zur Färbung bei Nutzung des Modus Threshold.

English version
Finding the right stock to trade is not always easy. An important variable in stock selection is the relative volume, which is used by many successful traders and trading firms. Think of it like this: Instead of looking at absolute volume, we look at actual strength. So how much volume is traded today compared to a regular day? This gives an indication of whether the stock is "in play".
Note: If the RVOL (relative volume) is increased, more market participants are interested in this share than usual. This is especially important if the market direction and the direction of the stock do not match.
If the market rises, most shares will also rise. This can, therefore, happen without an increased RVOL. But what happens if the market goes against us? Then we are quickly shaken out of RVOL-weak stocks. Therefore, we always want to focus on stocks that have an increased relative volume! These are the stocks that are trading really strongly right now and probably have a catalyst for that.
The Real Relative Volume - Bar Indicator shows you the current relative volume. Our Algo uses the actual cumulative volume of the current day at the respective (current) time and compares it with the historical average volume at the same time. This gives us a correct picture of the current strength. With the help of the indicator, we can also see by the color change of the volume bars whether this strength increases, remains the same, or loses power quickly. Unlike other scripts, we use an advanced method that recognizes the current position on the day and does not split the session into equal parts. Advantage: The indicator also works in crypto, forex, foreign stock markets, indices, etc.
Features:
Please use without extended trading hours!
Sessions Back: Changes the baseline that you compare to today's volume. Example: 10 - At the current time you see the real relative volume of today in relation to the last 10 sessions (at the same time). (*max 5000 candles)

Patreon Moving AverageThe Patreon moving average (PMA) is an adaptive moving average specifically designed to provide an optimal fit with the price while having a minimum amount of lag. The PMA can act as a fast-moving average for moving averages crossover system, detect trends, and filter out noisy variations from the price. The PMA is simple to use and interpret, and can be a really nice addition to your strategies, especially if they are based on moving averages.
The PMA integrates alerts based on the trend direction detected by the PMA.
Settings
Length: Determine the degree of filtering of the PMA.
Factor: Determine the sensitivity of the PMA to price variations, with higher values making the PMA less sensitive to price variations.
Decay: When higher than 0, introduce progressive smoothing, values closer to 0 return a faster progressive smoothing.
Src: Source input of the indicator.
Detect Trends With The PMA
The color of the PMA is related to the detected trend, with a blue color associated with an up-trend and a red color associated with a down-trend.
Higher values of Factor allows us to spot longer-term trends as well as filtering retracement in a trend.
Lower values of Length can also be used with higher values of Factor , this combination allows the PMA to actually be way less sensitive to price variations, thus returning less false signals while keeping a good fit with the price.
PMA As A Fast Moving Average
The PMA tries to provide crosses with a slow-moving average at the exact moment price cross the slow MA while minimizing the number of false signals.
PMA (In blue), EMA (in green), and SMA as a slow-moving average (in red), the PMA provide faster crosses while returning less false signals.
Progressive Smoothing
Progressive smoothing is obtained by using the Decay setting and allows the PMA to fit the price during extremely volatile markets and allows to preserve the structure of higher high's and lower low's.
Progressive smoothing can also minimize false signals.
In green/orange the PMA without progressive smoothing, in blue/red the PMA with progressive smoothing.
Finally progressive smoothing can give predictive and accurate estimates of the price central tendency
In green the mean of the price with a window size equal to the period the PMA is red, we can see that the PMA converges toward it extremely fast.
How To Access
The indicator is one of the "Patreon trend following indicators", and can only be used by my Patreons, you can become a Patreon by using the link on my signature.
Patreon Trailing StopThe Patreon trailing stop technical indicator can detect trends, find support and resistance points, filter out noise, and help users make informed decisions easily and in a timely manner. In order to provide an accurate and useful indicator most of the efforts during its development were directed toward the minimization of false signals, thus giving to the indicator the potential to further improve your trading strategies.
The trailing stop integrates visual elements for an easier interpretation of the indicator, and integrate alerts based on the buy/sell signals given by the trailing stop. All the outputs of the indicator can be used as input for other indicators.
Settings
In order to make it easier to use, the indicator only possess three user settings:
Length: Control the sensitivity to price variations, with a higher value aiming to detect longer-term trends.
Factor: A setting that aims to filter out false signals, with a higher value filtering more false signals.
Src: Source input of the indicator, by default set to median price (hl2).
Easily Filter Out False Signals
The Factor setting was carefully implemented to filter out false signals without introducing significant delay.
In green/orange the indicator with a Factor setting of 1, in blue/red the indicator with a Factor setting of 10, both using Length = 50 , we can see that increasing factor remove false signals.
The integrated support and resistance line can also help you spot potential false signals:
When the price cross the S/R line before the occurrence of a signal we could expect the upcoming signal to be false, better signals are given when the price cross the S/R at the same time a signal is produced.
Finally, the distance between the trailing stop and the price when a new signal occurs can also help out determine if this signal is false, as a higher distance between the trailing stop and the price suggest a ranging market.
Entering Trades At A Better Position
Indicators can give false signals at the top or bottom of a movement, the Patreon trailing stop can help you enter trades at a more profitable position thanks to the integrated support and resistance line.
When we have a signal but fear it might be false, we can wait for the price to reach the S/R and enter our trade at that point, this allows us to either make a profit or minimize a loss.
Integrated Adaptive Filter
The indicator integrates a trend adaptive filter (in orange), with it you can:
Filter out noisy variations from the price.
Use it as a fast-moving average in a moving average crossover system.
Use it as input for other technical indicators.
Simple moving average with period 200 using the filter as input.

Uber STC - Schaff Trend Cycle [UTS]Desc:
The Schaff Trend Cycle (STC) is a charting indicator that is commonly used to identify market trends and provide
buy and sell signals to traders.
Developed in 1999 by noted currency trader Doug Schaff, STC is a type of oscillator and is based on the assumption that,
regardless of time frame, currency trends accelerate and decelerate in cyclical patterns.
This indicators source code is based on Releasing the Code to the Schaff Trend Cycle.pdf
Executive Summary
Schaff Trend Cycle is a charting indicator used to help spot buy and sell points in the markets.
Compared to the popular MACD indicator, STC will react faster to changing market conditions.
A drawback to STC is that it can stay in overbought or oversold territory for long stretches of time.
General Usage
There are two lines indicating overbought and oversold conditions, default at 75 and 25 which is customizable of course.
Signals are created on line crosses. They that can be used to enter LONG/SHORT or EXIT a trade.
If the STC crosses the lower line upwards a LONG signal is triggered and if it crosses the upper line a SHORT signal is triggered.
Line crosses in the other direction than the current trade also work as EXIT signal.
Alerts
Traders can easily use the reversal signal to trigger alerts from:
Cross Up
Cross Down
Those values are > zero if a condition is triggered.
Alert condition example: "Cross Up" - "Greater Than" - "0"

Breakout Trend FollowerThis is a Study mirroring the Breakout Trend Follower Strategy I made. I use this one during live trading and the other for backtesting. It will also give alerts when buy and sell signals are hit.
Trend Cloud
The clouds reflect a possible overextension of the trend. Traders could use it as a signal to scale out the positions in the direction of the present trend or avoid scaling in.
The indicator plots the difference between ADX over the 45 level proportionate to the range between an ATR multiplier around MA. By default, the ADX is calculated with a DI length of 14 and an ADX smoothing of 14, an ATR length of 14, MA length of 20 and a multiplier of 2.
On the chart, I have highlighted with the vertical line the candles when the indicator was activated on all four timeframes simultaneously.
Colored VolumeThe height represents total volume, the ratio of red to green represents the bullish/bearish volume. AKA buyers or sellers.
Tool: Chop and Trade Zones (v2)This is a refactored and advanced version of my filter tool "Chop and Trade Zones"
A simple yet powerful way to filter out choppy ranges or sideways moves without missing out on good trades.
It calculates the %-distance of the price to a moving average so you can ignore buy/sell signals around the center line.
The upper and lower line are thresholds to catch reversals of the trend when the distance to moving average is increasing.
New Features:
More than 60+ Moving Averages to choose from
Multi-Timeframe Selection with Repaint Protection
Signal Plot so you can access the signal from another TradingView study/strategy (0 = No Trade Zone / 1 = Long Only / 2 = Short Only / 3 = Long & Short Allowed)
Alerts for Long/Short Zones (you could enable/disable your trading bots automatically)
