BTC Busted Inverse Head and Shoulders

Obviously you don't have to be a "Rocket Scientist" to see this pattern is now busted by the Rising Wedge!
According to Bulkowski we should retrace by the percentages shown in red with the first one in line with the target for the Rising Wedge of course no doubt bitcoin will try to bust that.... my only caveat to these levels would be deciding whether you believe like I do we are still in a BULL market or Bear?
